Remove black liner. Apply strip to wall. Press entire strip firmly for 30 sec. 3. Remove blue liners. Press hook to strip firmly for 30 sec. wait 1 hour before use. Remove: 1. Hold hook gently in place. 2. Never pull the strip towards you! Always pull straight down. 3. Stretch the strip slowly against the wall at least 6 inches to release.
